    • VivoBiome Dataincludes information related to your sex, foot size (including foot scan information) and shoe size if you are a customer of our VivoBiome products (“VivoBiome Customer”).
    • Feedback Data includes any feedback and/or comments you provide to us in relation to our products and services.
  • If your personal data appears in Aggregated Data(such as statistical or demographic data derived from the data of multiple users) so that it still directly or indirectly identifies you we continue to treat it is as personal data governed by this privacy notice. If your personal data is anonymised prior to use in Aggregated Data it is no longer personal data and we may use it for any purpose.
  • We do not knowingly collect any Special Categories of Personal Dataabout you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we knowingly collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
  • IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
  • Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data and VivoBiome Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

  • request marketing to be sent to you;
  • enter a competition, promotion or survey; or
  • give us some feedback.

Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We may also receive Technical Data about you if you visit other websites employing our cookies. Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

  • Technical Data from the following parties:
  • analytics providers, such as Google based inside the EU.
    • advertising networks Facebook and Criteo based inside the EU.
    • contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services such as Braintree Inc based outside the EU.
    • Identity and Contact Data from publicly availably sources such as Companies House and the Electoral Register based inside the EU.
  • We use a third-party technology provider, Volumental AB (“Volumental”) to collect and process personal data of our VivoBiome Customers for the purposes of estimating shoe sizes and improving customer experience. When you create a Volumental 3D scan you can choose to have it displayed in your Vivobarefoot customer dashboard through a link to the Volumental website.  Volumental are the controller of data you create using their technology, and you can find their Privacy Policy here:Privacy Notice
  • We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot.   • We use an external company, Yotpo Ltd (“Yotpo”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address, order number and relevant product SKU with Yotpo. If you decide to submit a product review, additional information may be shared with Yotpo, including your IP address, product images you upload, quantities purchased and prices paid.   1. Our Legal Basis For The Use Of Your Personal Data
